1.2 Language and Dispute Resolution
The Bengali version of these terms will be considered the primary rules. In any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text will be final. 366bet will attempt to resolve disputes through direct discussion.
Account Registration
To open an account on 366bet, the user must complete the registration process with accurate and complete information. If any information provided at registration is found to be false, 366bet reserves the right to permanently close the account.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Your real name, correct mobile number, and a valid email address must be provided at registration.
- The account may only be used by the registered person — it may not be given to any third party to use.
- Keeping the password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited.
- Using a strong password is recommended to keep your account secure.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
366bet may verify the identity of any user when required. Identity documents or other relevant paperwork may be requested before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
Age and Eligibility
All gaming and betting activities on 366bet are for persons aged 21 or above only. Anyone under the age of 21 may not open an account, make a deposit, or take part in any game on this platform.
If a user registers with a false age and their actual age is later found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
366bet may not accept registrations or gaming activity from certain regions. Using the platform from a region where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility. 366bet bears no liability in this regard.

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- The mobile number registered to your account must be used when making a deposit.
- Depositing from a third party's mobile wallet is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions
If money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, 366bet may suspend or cancel any transaction and place the associated account under investigation.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
366bet offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming the bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The 366bet welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
- If the wagering is not completed within the specified time limit for the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bets must be placed using methods approved by the management team in order to qualify for the bonus.
- 366bet reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program or discontinue it at any time.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, manipulative betting, or attempting to exploit the system will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and related winnings, and the account may be closed.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Separate rules apply to sports betting and casino games on 366bet. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or unforeseen situation arises.
6.1 Sports Betting Rules
- If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the bet will be settled at the odds that were in place at the time of confirmation.
- If a match is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time, settlement will follow 366bet's rules.
- 366bet is not responsible for any issues caused by internet delays during in-play betting.
- In a multi-bet, if one selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost.
6.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules
- All casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error in the gaming software, that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- 366bet may make changes to game rules or payout structures at any time.
6.3 Maximum Win Limits
366bet reserves the right to set a maximum win amount per single event for specific games or betting categories. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, payment may be held for review.
User Conduct
All 366bet users are required to act honestly, fairly, and lawfully while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the system.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or AI.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Committing money laundering or other financial crimes through the platform.
- Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language in live chat or any other communication channel.
- Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of any bet or game.
If any of the above rules are violated, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

9.1 Weekly Cashback
A fixed percentage of weekly net losses at each VIP level is returned as cashback. The cashback rates by level are:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
9.2 Changes to VIP Benefits
366bet reserves the right to change the VIP program benefits, cashback rates, or level criteria at any time. Notice of such changes will be given as early as possible.
Account Suspension & Closure
366bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Registration using false information.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of the system.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Failure to verify identity.
- Abusive behaviour towards the support team.
10.1 Voluntary Account Closure
A user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any valid funds remaining in the account will be provided. The self-exclusion option is also available as a responsible gaming measure.
10.2 Inactive Accounts
366bet may take action in accordance with applicable policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Information on the definition and handling of inactive accounts can be obtained from the support team.
